Standard tunnel vision here. I wasn’t looking for anything original. Just a couple feet of personal space in a line-up with sixty of my closest friends and their tripods. This happens when you wake up, start driving, and ask why it’s so much lighter than the day before. Then you realize that the world decided to change the clocks on you while you were sleeping in the woods for the past week. So you drop your previous hiking plans and find the nearest turnout instead. Damn you daylight savings. But thank you for the extra hour of sleep. No wonder I felt so rested.
